Biopotentials of the heart were studied in 120 normal children aged 3 to 14 years by means of integral electrocardiotopography. The data obtained made it possible to reveal a number of common mechanisms characteristic of the child's body: the presence of pathway zones, the multipolar type of potential distribution, high degree of minimal potentials according to the electropositivity and electronegativity charts, high degree of the gradient according to the electropositivity charts, and the presence of the zones with dipole span. The results of the studies may be regarded as new perspective approaches to further improvement of the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases in children with the aid of integral electrocardiotopography.
通过整体心电图断层扫描技术,对120名3至14岁的正常儿童的心脏生物电位进行了研究。所获得的数据揭示了儿童身体的一些常见机制:存在通路区、电位分布的多极类型、根据电正性和电负性图表的最小电位高度、根据电正性图表的梯度高度以及偶极跨度区的存在。这些研究结果可被视为借助整体心电图断层扫描技术进一步改善儿童心血管疾病诊断的新的前瞻性方法。
