A short historical overview shows, that different human societies approach in a different way to the social problems connected with the existence of mental ill persons. The declarations of congresses of socialist countries psychiatrists in Rodewisch/GDR in 1963 and 1983 reflect the main lines of treatment, rehabilitation and position in the socialist society of mental ill people. There are also outlined the tasks with regard to rehabilitation for the next years.
简短的历史概述表明，不同的人类社会以不同的方式处理与精神疾病患者存在相关的社会问题。1963年和1983年在民主德国罗德维希举行的社会主义国家精神病医生大会的宣言反映了精神疾病患者在社会主义社会中的治疗、康复和地位的主要方针。其中还概述了未来几年的康复任务。
