Two cases of tabetic arthropathy are described. Surgical treatment administered to both patients has been ineffective. Analysis of the case histories, clinical features, x-ray and serological findings has helped diagnose tabetic arthropathy of the right knee joint. Tabetic arthropathy is a rare disease, and its clinical picture is not known to physicians of a general profile; this explains the diagnostic errors in the described cases.
本文描述了两例脊髓痨关节病的病例。对两名患者进行的手术治疗均无效。通过对病历、临床特征、X线及血清学检查结果的分析，有助于诊断右膝关节的脊髓痨关节病。脊髓痨关节病是一种罕见疾病，普通科医生对其临床表现并不了解；这就解释了上述病例中的诊断错误。
