[The blood parameters of 6 dogs in 8 years].

Six bastard dogs were born in the institute, and kept there life-long under conventional conditions. Changes in the hematologic state within 8 years (excluding periods of special investigations) are presented as curves of monthly means. Parameters concerned: Hemoglobin, number of erythrocytes, MCV, MCH, MCHC, relative number of reticulocytes, sedimentation rate, number of eosinophils, neutrophils and index of segmentation, number of lymphocytes, monocytes and body weight. The changes of the hematological state show correlations between distinct parameters, and may be interpreted as reactions to repeated infection with Toxocara canis.
