Abstract

A 41-year-old man had paroxysmal tachycardic arrhythmias. Computed tomography revealed a right atrial lipoma, 7 cm in diameter. After the tumour had been removed (with histological confirmation of the diagnosis) the arrhythmia ceased. Such tumour must be considered in the differential diagnosis of tachycardic arrhythmias of undetermined origin.

一名41岁男性患有阵发性心动过速性心律失常。计算机断层扫描显示右心房有一个直径7厘米的脂肪瘤。肿瘤切除后（经组织学确诊），心律失常停止。在鉴别诊断不明原因的心动过速性心律失常时，必须考虑到这种肿瘤。
