A case of ileoileocolic intussusception caused by an ileal lipoma is presented, in which CT revealed the characteristic double layer of mesenteric fat and a lipoma as the leading mass.
本文报告一例由回肠脂肪瘤引起的回肠-回盲部套叠病例，CT显示其具有特征性的肠系膜脂肪双层结构，且脂肪瘤为套叠头部肿块。
