Abstract
The derivatives of 3-[3-oxospiro[benzofuran-2(3H),1'-cyclopropan]-5-yl]acrylic acid were synthesized and tested for antiulcer activities. As a result, 1-[3-[3-oxospiro[benzofuran-2(3H),1'-cyclopropan]-5- yl]acryloyl]piperidine(3t) and 4-[3-[3-oxospiro[benzofuran-2(3H),1'-cyclopropan]-5- yl]acryloyl]morpholine(3u) exhibited potent antiulcer activities.
摘要
合成了3-[3-氧代螺[苯并呋喃-2(3H),1'-环丙烷]-5-基]丙烯酸的衍生物，并对其抗溃疡活性进行了测试。结果，1-[3-[3-氧代螺[苯并呋喃-2(3H),1'-环丙烷]-5-基]丙烯酰基]哌啶(3t)和4-[3-[3-氧代螺[苯并呋喃-2(3H),1'-环丙烷]-5-基]丙烯酰基]吗啉(3u)表现出强效抗溃疡活性。
