Abstract
60 cases of maxillary sinus mucosal cyst diagnosed in patients with cardio-vascular pathology, are reported. Symptoms, histology and treatment are recalled. Surgical excision (or sinusoscopy) seems to be necessary in "high risk" patients (8.4% of asymptomatic infection).
