Analysis of 66 cases with neurodermatitis has made it possible to distinguish five conditions: atopic dermatitis, diffuse, disseminated, or local neurodermatitis, prurigo. Each of these nosologic entities in characterized by a specific course. The authors consider that the term 'atopic dermatitis' is inadequate and should be changed.
对66例神经性皮炎病例的分析使得区分五种情况成为可能：特应性皮炎、弥漫性、播散性或局限性神经性皮炎、痒疹。这些疾病实体中的每一种都有其特定的病程。作者认为“特应性皮炎”这个术语并不恰当，应该予以更改。
