Abstract

Two aromatics-rich distillates R1 and R2 with different properties from naphthenic base vacuum gas oil were used for preparing mesophase pitch through high-pressure thermal treatment. H-NMR, FT-IR and VPO were employed to characterize the structural parameters of the raw materials. The products' optical texture and molecular structure were analyzed by polarized light optical microscopy, H-NMR, FT-IR and XRD. The effect of raw materials' structure on the formation of mesophase pitch was discussed. The results showed that the structure of the raw material had an important effect on the formation of mesophase pitch. The raw material R2 with higher aromaticity, more naphthenic structure and less alkyl side chains was easy to form mesophase pitch with large-domains optical texture, lower softening point and more ordered crystal structure.

以环烷基减压瓦斯油为原料,制备了两种性质不同的富含芳烃的馏分R1和R2,通过高压热处理制备中间相沥青。采用H-NMR、FT-IR和VPO对原料的结构参数进行了表征。通过偏光光学显微镜、H-NMR、FT-IR和XRD对产物的光学织构和分子结构进行了分析。探讨了原料结构对中间相沥青形成的影响。结果表明,原料结构对中间相沥青的形成有重要影响。芳烃含量较高、环烷结构较多、烷基侧链较少的原料R2易于形成具有大区域光学织构、较低软化点和更有序晶体结构的中间相沥青。
