Abstract
The study of the effect of an elastin polypeptide on the connective tissue of rats, in the course of skin regeneration, showed an increase in fibrogenesis and fibroblastic hyperplasia in treated animals. The difference between treated and control animals is preserved after stopping of treatment after 15 days.

对弹性蛋白多肽在大鼠皮肤再生过程中对结缔组织影响的研究表明，接受治疗的动物体内纤维生成增加，成纤维细胞增生。在治疗15天后停止治疗后，治疗组和对照组动物之间的差异依然存在。
