Abstract

One-pot reductive-acetylation of nitroarenes to acetanilides was carried out efficiently with NaBH in the presence of magnetically separable core-shell FeO@Cu(OH) nanoparticles. All reactions were carried out in HO followed by acetylation with acetic anhydride within 5-17min giving the N-arylacetamides in high to excellent yields. Reusability of the catalyst was examined 9 times without significant loss of its catalytic activity.

采用磁性核壳 FeO@Cu(OH)纳米粒子,在 NaBH 的存在下,硝基本顺利地一锅还原乙酰化,得到乙酰胺。所有反应均在 H2O 中进行,随后在 5-17min 内用乙酸酐乙酰化,得到高产率至优秀产率的 N-芳基乙酰胺。催化剂重复使用 9 次,活性没有明显损失。
