Abstract
A case of cystic meningioma is presented. The cyst in this particular case is within the tumor. Preoperatively, the diagnosis has been confused with astrocytoma, hemangioblastoma and neuroblastoma. Retrospectively, we conclude that careful evaluation of CT scan and angiogram will lead to accurate diagnosis.

本文报告一例囊性脑膜瘤。该特殊病例的囊肿位于肿瘤内部。术前，诊断曾与星形细胞瘤、血管母细胞瘤和神经母细胞瘤相混淆。回顾性分析，我们得出结论，仔细评估CT扫描和血管造影将有助于准确诊断。
