The anatomical conditions and a method of preparing of a vascular-nervous isolated flap of the musculus cremaster in rat have presented. It is an example of the experimental model of the free muscular flap with the central course of vessels. This new model offers wide possibilities of in vivo observation of changes in microcirculation after using of various operations as well as drugs.
介绍了大鼠提睾肌血管神经游离皮瓣的解剖条件和制备方法。它是血管中心走行的游离肌皮瓣实验模型的一个实例。这种新模型为在使用各种手术以及药物后体内观察微循环变化提供了广泛的可能性。
