Three cases of rare functional psychogenic contractures in girls aged 6, 12, and 14 years have been presented. The contractures occurred suddenly, without an underlying reason and without pain. The diagnosis was given after elimination of other diseases. Recovery without recurrence was obtained after simulate rehabilitation, psychotherapy, and psychogagia for 4-8 week.
本文报告了3例罕见的功能性精神源性挛缩病例，患者为6岁、12岁和14岁的女孩。挛缩突然发生，无潜在病因且无疼痛。在排除其他疾病后做出诊断。经过4 - 8周的模拟康复、心理治疗和心理暗示治疗后，患者康复且未复发。
