Bone metastases from cervical carcinoma are rare. Their frequency is reported to be 1.9-4.6%. Because of their rarity, the skeletal lesions remain inevident for a long time. A case of unusual unrecognized metastases from a stage IIb cervical carcinoma, which were localized in the bones for the foot, is described.
