Two new ent-atisanediterpenoids, ent-atisane-16β, 17-isopropylidenedioxy-19-ol-3-one (1) and ent-atisane-16β, 17-isopropylidenedioxy-11β, 18-dihydroxyl-3-one (2) were isolated from the whole plants of Euphorbia wallichii. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses.
从Euphorbia wallichii 的全株植物中分离得到了两个新的倍半萜类化合物,ent-atisane-16β, 17-异丙叉基二氧基-19-醇-3-酮(1)和 ent-atisane-16β, 17-异丙叉基二氧基-11β, 18-二羟基-3-酮(2)。它们的结构是基于广泛的光谱分析确定的。
