Pustular eruption associated with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor treatment.

We report a case of localized pustular eruption on the face in a patient with Hodgkin lymphoma treated with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor for the development of chemotherapy-induced neutropenia. The administration of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor and the level of neutrophils were closely associated with disease activity, and negative cultures ruled out the hypothesis of an infective etiology. Because of the role of colony-stimulating factor in mobilization of the neutrophils we considered this phenomenon a skin reaction caused by granulocyte colony-stimulating factor-driven neutrophil accumulation.
我们报告一例霍奇金淋巴瘤患者，因化疗引起中性粒细胞减少而接受粒细胞集落刺激因子治疗，面部出现局限性脓疱性皮疹。粒细胞集落刺激因子的使用和中性粒细胞水平与疾病活动密切相关，培养结果为阴性排除了感染性病因的假设。由于集落刺激因子在中性粒细胞动员中的作用，我们认为这种现象是由粒细胞集落刺激因子驱动的中性粒细胞积聚引起的皮肤反应。
