Morphologic features and differential diagnostical signs of hemorrhagic syndrome variants in the digestive tract in acute poisonings are described. Medicolegal value, conditions of occurrence as well as some possibilities to prevent gastro-intestinal hemorrhage occurring due to defects when providing medical care in case of poisoning are presented.
