Abstract
Ciliary ganglia of 8 to 19 days in ovo and 1 to 10 days posthatched chickens have been investigated with the freeze-fracture technique. The satellite cell membrane contained at all ages specific small intramembrane particles about 6-7 nm in size and arranged in an orthogonal order (OAPs). Along with these specialized particles, gap junctions and tight junctional strands were found between adjacent satellite cells.

运用冷冻蚀刻技术对孵化8至19天的鸡胚以及孵化后1至10天的雏鸡睫状神经节进行了研究。在各个年龄段，卫星细胞膜均含有特定的、大小约为6 - 7纳米的小膜内颗粒，这些颗粒呈正交排列（正交排列颗粒，OAPs）。除了这些特殊颗粒外，还在相邻卫星细胞之间发现了缝隙连接和紧密连接链。
