[Effects of small doses of noradrenaline on micro-hemodynamics in obliterating diseases of the arteries of the lower limbs].

The changes in the regional micro-hemodynamics in patients with obliterative diseases of the arteries of the lower extremities under the influence of intravenous injection of 0.3-0.4 mg of norepinephrine at a rate of 0.04-0.05 mkg/(kg.min) were established. After 6-7 injections of norepinephrine, the volume-pulse blood supply in the toes increased significantly, the local peripheral resistance of the vessels decreased. Simultaneously, the blood content of epinephrine and norepinephrine decreased.
