Screening for anti-toxoplasma antibodies by a hemagglutination test associated with direct agglutination tests, IF and ELISA, was carried out on 229 women (pregnant or not) attending the outpatient maternity clinic at Akokan (Niger). The global percent of premunition is 3.9 p.c. No evolutive toxoplasmosis was detected.
通过与直接凝集试验、免疫荧光法（IF）和酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）相关联的血凝试验，对在阿科坎（尼日尔）门诊产科诊所就诊的229名女性（无论是否怀孕）进行了抗弓形虫抗体筛查。预免疫的总体百分比为3.9%。未检测到进展性弓形虫病。
