Abstract

Since the introduction of the ultrasonic aspirator system in 1978, there have been several reports on its efficacy and safety in neurosurgery. During the last six months we have used in our department the swedish manufactured device Sonocut for removal of various tumours within the central nervous system. Its benefits and limitations are discussed. Evaluation of the histological appearance of tissues removed by the aspirator versus conventional technics is presented.

自1978年超声吸引器系统问世以来，已有多篇关于其在神经外科手术中的疗效和安全性的报道。在过去的六个月里，我们科室使用了瑞典制造的Sonocut设备来切除中枢神经系统内的各种肿瘤。本文讨论了该设备的优点和局限性，并展示了对通过该吸引器与传统技术切除的组织进行组织学外观评估的结果。
