Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (Darrier-Ferrand sarcoma, DFSP) is an uncommon tumor. This sarcoma has a tendency to local recurrence, requiring a wide surgical resection.
We report herein two cases of patients presenting with recurrent dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans after several surgical resections. A wide surgical resection with guided tissue regenaration has been performed in one case, whereas the second case required a skin graft.
Despite a short follow-up, our aim was to highlight the local aggressiveness of the DFSP and point out its therapeutic challenge, usually requiring a wide and aggressive surgery.
隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤（达里埃 - 费朗肉瘤，DFSP）是一种罕见的肿瘤。这种肉瘤有局部复发的倾向，需要进行广泛的手术切除。
我们在此报告两例患者，他们在多次手术切除后出现复发性隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤。其中一例进行了带引导组织再生的广泛手术切除，而另一例则需要进行皮肤移植。
尽管随访时间较短，但我们的目的是强调DFSP的局部侵袭性，并指出其治疗挑战，通常需要进行广泛且积极的手术。
