Two o,o-EDDHA/Fe formulations (meso, 93.5% w/w of meso isomer; and d,l-racemic, 91.3% w/w of d,l-racemic mixture) were prepared, and their efficacy to avoid or to relieve iron deficiency in Fe-sufficient and Fe-deficient tomato plants grown on hydroponic solution was compared with that of the current o,o-EDDHA/Fe formulations (50% of meso and d,l-racemic isomers). The effectiveness of the three o,o-EDDHA/Fe formulations was different depending on the iron nutritional status of plants. The three o,o-EDDHA/Fe formulations tested were effective in preventing iron chlorosis in healthy plants. However, the higher the meso concentration in the formulations, the higher the effectiveness in the recovery of iron chlorotic plants from iron deficiency. Accordingly, o,o-EDDHA/Fe formulations rich in meso isomer are recommended in hydroponic systems.
制备了两种邻二氮杂菲乙二胺-N,N'-二乙酸/铁制剂(内消旋体,内消旋异构体含量为93.5% w/w;以及外消旋体,外消旋混合物含量为91.3% w/w),并将它们在水培溶液中生长的铁充足和缺铁番茄植株中避免或缓解缺铁的效果,与市售邻二氮杂菲乙二胺-N,N'-二乙酸/铁制剂(内消旋体和外消旋体异构体各占50%)进行了比较。三种邻二氮杂菲乙二胺-N,N'-二乙酸/铁制剂的有效性因植株的铁营养状况而异。所测试的三种邻二氮杂菲乙二胺-N,N'-二乙酸/铁制剂在预防健康植株缺铁黄化方面均有效。然而,制剂中内消旋体的浓度越高,缺铁黄化植株从缺铁状态恢复的效果就越好。因此,在水培系统中推荐使用富含内消旋异构体的邻二氮杂菲乙二胺-N,N'-二乙酸/铁制剂。
