[Postoperative endoscopic laser therapy of patients with peptic ulcer].

Data on using endoscopic laser therapy in patients after operations for ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum are presented. The method was used in the treatment of 23 patients with postoperative anastomoses. High efficiency of laser therapy was noted in all the patients. In 11 patients the given therapy was used after operation of suturing the perforated ulcer in order to improve results of the treatment of these category of patients. The complete healing was achieved after 8-9 sessions of laser therapy. There were no complications.
