Under examination there were 51 patients with duodenal ulcer with the terms of 6 and 12 months after various methods of operations on the stomach. An analysis of results has shown that the alterations of the immune system found are dependent on the kind of operation. In patients with duodenal ulcer with the terms of 6 and 12 months immune insufficiency remains the same. It is less pronounced in patients subjected to organ-preserving operations with vagotomy. The immunocorrective therapy performed at the preoperative period results in the formation of more valuable immune reactions at remote terms after operation.
接受检查的有51例十二指肠溃疡患者，他们处于胃部采用各种手术方法治疗后6个月和12个月的阶段。结果分析表明，所发现的免疫系统改变取决于手术类型。十二指肠溃疡患者在6个月和12个月时免疫功能不全情况依旧。在接受保留器官迷走神经切断术的患者中这种情况不太明显。术前进行的免疫纠正疗法会在术后远期形成更有价值的免疫反应。
