[Trypsin and C-peptide concentration in the blood serum of patients with chronic pancreatitis].

A study of 47 patients suffering of chronic pancreatitis indicates that the phase of exacerbation of the disease first showed changes in the parameters of external secretion while the incretory system of the pancreas, apparently, reveals disorders at a later phase. With the purpose of correction of the hormonal homeostasis it is recommended to use microcrystalline cellulose as an addition to the diet.
