The method of chemiluminometry was used to examine the citrate blood plasma and pleural exudate of 186 patients with exudative pleurisy of tuberculous, parapneumonic and tumour etiology. It was shown that the proposed method is highly informative, simple in realization, objective in evaluation of obtained data. The method enables in 24 hours to gain information on the nature of pleural lesions.
采用化学发光法对186例结核性、肺炎旁性和肿瘤性病因所致渗出性胸膜炎患者的枸橼酸盐血浆和胸腔积液进行检测。结果表明，该方法信息量大、实施简单、对所得数据的评估客观。该方法能够在24小时内获取有关胸膜病变性质的信息。
