PURPOSE
To describe subinternal limiting membrane hemorrhage as a retinal complication of chemotherapy nadir in a patient with leukemia.
METHODS
Case report.
RESULTS
A 23-year-old man presented with bilateral subinternal limiting membrane hemorrhages in both eyes as a manifestation of thrombocytopenia secondary to chemotherapy treatment for acute myeloid leukemia.
CONCLUSION
Chemotherapeutic nadir-associated retinopathy may present with sub-internal limiting membrane hemorrhages most probably secondary to thrombocytopenia.
目的
描述一名白血病患者化疗最低点时出现的视网膜内层限制膜出血这一视网膜并发症。
方法
病例报告。
结果
一名23岁男性因急性髓系白血病化疗导致血小板减少，双眼出现双侧视网膜内层限制膜出血。
结论
化疗最低点相关视网膜病变可能表现为视网膜内层限制膜出血，很可能继发于血小板减少。
