The vaginal flora was investigated in women with trichomoniasis by means of a culture method. Trichomonas, yeast-like fungi and various types of bacteria were isolated. The applied microbiological technique allowed isolation not only of aerobic and cicrophilic bacteria but only of anaerobic bacteria. Anaerobic bacteria were nonspore-forming and were isolated very frequently in the vagina.
采用培养方法对滴虫性阴道炎女性的阴道菌群进行了研究。分离出了滴虫、酵母样真菌和各类细菌。所应用的微生物技术不仅能分离需氧菌和微需氧菌，还能分离厌氧菌。厌氧菌为无芽孢菌，在阴道中经常被分离出来。
