This method deduces from classical therapeuticál principle of bone jaw cysts from Partsch (1892, 1910) and Schulte (1959, 1960, 1964) and has regard the modern results of biomaterial research. It is used mixing of anorganic and organic materials, which proportion is in accordance to normal bone tissue. In 39 till now operated cases of different bone defects we attained good clinical events. The first cases are controlled since two years.
该方法源自帕尔奇（1892年、1910年）和舒尔特（1959年、1960年、1964年）关于颌骨囊肿的经典治疗原则，并考虑了生物材料研究的现代成果。它采用无机材料和有机材料混合使用，其比例与正常骨组织一致。在迄今已进行手术的39例不同骨缺损病例中，我们取得了良好的临床效果。首例病例已随访两年。
