[Two rare complications following implantation of total hip endoprostheses with a ceramic head].

It will be reported on two rarely complications after implantation of hip joint endoprosthesis with a ceramic head type "Hermsdorf". By one patient we could obtain a postoperative luxation of the ceramic head to dorsal-distal and one times the ceramic head was broken four month after the operation.
