Abstract
Sulcus glottidis means a notch in the medial edge of the vocal fold. Its histological basis is a loss of vocal fold substance caused by laryngitis. The site of defect is the connective tissue layer between vocal muscle and epithelium. The elastic fibres found there are damaged. This malformation occurs during childhood quite frequently. Heredity cannot be proven.

声门裂沟是指声带内侧边缘的一个切迹。其组织学基础是由喉炎导致的声带组织缺失。缺损部位是声带肌与上皮之间的结缔组织层。此处发现的弹性纤维受损。这种畸形在儿童时期相当常见。无法证实其具有遗传性。
