To describe a simple and effective technique for repairing a small-diameter urethrocutaneous fistula.
A total of 13 patients with a solitary and small-diameter (≤2 mm) urethrocutaneous fistula underwent repair with a ligation technique.
None of the patients had voiding difficulties. One recurrent urethrocutaneous fistula occurred and it was successfully repaired with the same technique.
This is a simple, quick and useful technique, particularly for small-diameter (≤2 mm) urethrocutaneous fistulas.
描述一种修复小口径尿道皮肤瘘的简单有效技术。
13例孤立性小口径（≤2毫米）尿道皮肤瘘患者采用结扎技术进行修复。
所有患者均无排尿困难。发生1例复发性尿道皮肤瘘，采用相同技术成功修复。
这是一种简单、快速且有用的技术，尤其适用于小口径（≤2毫米）尿道皮肤瘘。
