Abstract
Non-typhoidal , particularly serovar typhimurium is food borne pathogen causing mild self-limiting diarrhoea in healthy adults. It can occasionally cause extraintestinal focal infection in susceptible patients. , as the aetiological agent of osteomyelitis and septic arthritis is rare and has been mostly reported in patients with sickle cell disease or thalassaemia. We report a case of septic arthritis by in an immunocompromised patient who was successfully treated following timely isolation and identification of the aetiological agent.

非伤寒型，特别是鼠伤寒血清型是一种食源性病原体，可导致健康成年人出现轻度自限性腹泻。它偶尔会在易感患者中引起肠外局灶性感染。作为骨髓炎和化脓性关节炎的病原体较为罕见，大多报道见于镰状细胞病或地中海贫血患者。我们报告一例免疫功能低下患者由[病原体名称未给出]引起的化脓性关节炎病例，该患者在及时分离和鉴定病原体后得到成功治疗。
