Abstract
Presented is a case of pneumococcal peritonitis in the presence of an IUD. The bacteriological identification was made by culturing material obtained via culdocentesis on admission. Treatment was conservative. The English literature is reviewed.

本文报道一例宫内节育器（IUD）存在情况下的肺炎球菌性腹膜炎病例。入院时通过后穹窿穿刺获取材料进行培养以进行细菌学鉴定。治疗采用保守治疗。并对英文文献进行了综述。
