Abstract
A rare case of a struma ovarii and carcinoid of the ovary is presented. In comparison with 21 reported cases, the tumor was unilateral and showed no metastatic spread. The treatment of this primary ovarian tumor with low malignant potential, was bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and hysterectomy. Long-term follow up is advisable.

本文报告一例罕见的卵巢甲状腺肿合并卵巢类癌。与21例已报道病例相比，该肿瘤为单侧性，无转移扩散。对于这种低恶性潜能的原发性卵巢肿瘤，治疗方法为双侧输卵管卵巢切除术和子宫切除术。建议进行长期随访。
