Abstract

A 65-year-old man with a chronic pruritic lichenoid eruption with telangiectasia is presented. Histologic findings consisted of a lichenoid reaction with many dilated dermal capillaries. Treatment with oral etretinate resulted in considerable improvement. We believe that our patient had a vascular variant of keratosis lichenoides chronica.

报告一名65岁男性，患有伴有毛细血管扩张的慢性瘙痒性苔藓样疹。组织学检查结果为苔藓样反应伴许多扩张的真皮毛细血管。口服依曲替酯治疗后有显著改善。我们认为我们的患者患有慢性苔藓样角化病的血管变异型。
