Abstract
Olfactory neuroblastoma is a malignant, slow growing, neurogenic tumor that originates in the olfactory mucosa of the upper nasal cavity. We report a case of olfactory neuroblastoma that presented with exuberant hyperostosis of the facial bone during the course. This unusual radiological finding has been discussed with literature review.

嗅神经母细胞瘤是一种恶性、生长缓慢的神经源性肿瘤，起源于鼻腔上部的嗅黏膜。我们报告一例嗅神经母细胞瘤病例，该病例在病程中出现面部骨增生性骨肥厚。本文结合文献复习对这一不寻常的影像学表现进行了讨论。
