By the method of pH-metry, the acid-producing function of the stomach in 319 patients operated on for ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum was studied. The 5 types of basal acid production are established: maximum, increased, moderate, decreased, lack of acid formation. The additional compensated, subcompensated, decompensated increased acid formation is distinguished. The data obtained should be considered in choice of a method for surgical treatment of ulcer disease of the duodenum and stomach.
采用pH测定法，对319例因胃和十二指肠溃疡疾病接受手术的患者的胃酸分泌功能进行了研究。确定了5种基础胃酸分泌类型：最大型、增加型、中型、减少型、无酸形成型。区分了额外的代偿性、亚代偿性、失代偿性胃酸分泌增加情况。在选择十二指肠和胃溃疡疾病的手术治疗方法时，应考虑所获得的数据。
