Posttraumatic splenolithiasis was diagnosed in 33 patients, late posttraumatic hematoma in 4, posttraumatic splenosis in 4, and posttraumatic thrombophlebitic splenomegaly in 8 patients. The diagnosis of the sequelae of injury to the spleen is based on the case history and results of ultrasonic examination, computerized tomography, scintigraphy, laparoscopy, and angiography. Complicated splenomegaly and hypersplenism are indications for operative treatment of the sequelae of trauma of the spleen. Splenectomy is the operation of choice. The results of puncture methods of treatment and organ-preserving operations are to be studied.
33例患者被诊断为创伤后脾结石，4例为创伤后晚期血肿，4例为创伤后脾组织异位，8例为创伤后血栓性静脉炎所致脾肿大。脾脏损伤后遗症的诊断基于病史以及超声检查、计算机断层扫描、闪烁扫描、腹腔镜检查和血管造影的结果。复杂性脾肿大和脾功能亢进是脾脏创伤后遗症手术治疗的指征。脾切除术是首选手术方式。穿刺治疗方法和保留器官手术的结果有待研究。
