Treatment in a controlled abacterial medium was applied to 102 patients with venous ulcer of the lower limbs. The course of the wound process was studied on the basis of objective examination methods (microbiological, cytological, morphological, study of the activity of tissue hemostasis factors). The results showed that a controlled abacterial medium causes favourable changes in the course of the wound process and allows the trophic ulcer to be prepared for operation in a short period of time (9-12 days).
对102例下肢静脉溃疡患者采用在无菌控制培养基中进行治疗。基于客观检查方法（微生物学、细胞学、形态学、组织止血因子活性研究）对伤口愈合过程进行了研究。结果表明，无菌控制培养基可使伤口愈合过程发生有利变化，并能在短时间内（9至12天）为营养性溃疡手术做好准备。
