The authors analyzed the results of lymphography, performed in 58 patients examined for small pelvic tumors, interpreted first as ovarian tumors. The evaluation of the lymphography results made it possible to rule out ovarian neoplasms in 17 of 58 patients and to reveal in them pelvic lymph node lesions classified as fatty degeneration of the lymph nodes (9 cases), lymphosarcoma (5 cases), sarcoidosis (2 cases), and lymphoendothelioma (one case). A high informative value of lymphography in differential diagnosis between ovarian tumors and lesions of the pelvic lymph nodes was established.
