[The soiling and damaging of baby carriages--fetishistic regression into early childhood with neurotic aggression].

A brief account is given of a person, small in stature, with retarded development, who, following the breakdown of marital intimacy and the failure of his efforts to adopt a child, found sexual satisfaction by defecating in unoccupied perambulators and subsequently inflicting damage on them.
