Based on the experience gained in the treatment of chronic anterior knee dislocations, the author presents a new procedure of extra-articular syndesmoplasty. In the 34 cases operated by this technique of whom 30 reexamined after a 6 months-2 years interval, 23 very good, 6 good and 1 satisfactory results were obtained.
基于在慢性膝关节前脱位治疗中获得的经验，作者提出了一种新的关节外韧带成形术。采用该技术进行手术的34例患者中，30例在间隔6个月至2年之后接受了复查，结果显示23例效果非常好，6例效果良好，1例效果满意。
