A report about a hobby runner's femoral neck fatigue fracture is presented. Femoral neck fatigue fractures are rare injuries. Young soldiers occasionally are involved. The under-evaluation of pains in the inguinal region delies the diagnosis. The femoral neck breaks under cyclic load. Therefore the operative treatment is necessary though the injury could be treated conservatively during early stage.
本文报告了一例业余跑步者股骨颈疲劳骨折的病例。股骨颈疲劳骨折是一种罕见的损伤。年轻士兵偶尔会发生。腹股沟区疼痛评估不足会延误诊断。股骨颈在循环负荷下发生骨折。因此，尽管在早期损伤可以保守治疗，但手术治疗是必要的。
