Abstract
After 284 days of pregnancy a cow showed acute symptoms of severe dyspnea. In an attempt to save the calf a Caesarean section was performed. During surgery a rupture was observed in the diaphragm, which was verified at autopsy.

怀孕284天后，一头母牛出现严重呼吸困难的急性症状。为了挽救小牛，进行了剖腹产手术。手术过程中观察到膈肌破裂，尸检时得到证实。
