Abstract
Odontogenic purulent inflammations are conducive to decompensation of diabetes mellitus and lead to ah unbalance of the body defenses in diabetic patients. This is substantiated by a reduction of immunity indices in these patients. The immunity disorders were particularly pronounced in noninsulin-independent diabetes. These immune disorders were major determinants of severity of odontogenic purulent inflammations in diabetic patients.
摘要
牙源性化脓性炎症会促使糖尿病患者的糖尿病失代偿，并导致其机体防御失衡。这些患者免疫指标的降低证实了这一点。免疫紊乱在非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病中尤为明显。这些免疫紊乱是糖尿病患者牙源性化脓性炎症严重程度的主要决定因素。
