The data on 6 cases of squamous-cell breast cancer are presented. The clinicomorphological characteristics of this pathology are discussed. In squamous-cell breast carcinoma, more favorable prognosis is reported than in invasive ductal one. Therefore, organ-saving surgery is recommended for stage-I and -IIa tumors. Hormones should be administered in infiltrative ductal cancer treatment, too.
